2015 High Cloud Running and Triathlon Team Training details:


The training lasts over a period of six months and will include:

  1. Weekday and weekend training swims, runs and bike rides.
  2. Speed workouts.
  3. Strength workouts.
  4. Guidance from High Cloud's professional coaches for athletes of all levels.
  5. Guidance from mentors on running and fundraising goals.
  6. High Cloud's coaches are well-established runners in the Washington DC area. They are experienced, dedicated, and extremely helpful.

Training Runs

There will be multiple training runs, swims and bike rides in 2015 leading up to your goal race event.  We will post a complete calendar on this page soon for the 2015 season.
